home inspection, final walk through, and settlement, to protect and further
your interests;
NEVER
represent the buyer and the seller in the same transaction;
NEVER
try to sell you any of my own properties;
NEVER
accept any gifts or fees to influence you;
NEVER
advance my own interests or that of anyone else, over your interests, specifically
that of my family, friends, company, or other business;
NEVER
seek your consent to waive these promises.
