BUYER AGENT'S PLEDGE

In an effort to protect the consumer from the growing trend toward
Disclosed Consensual Dual Agency 
among leading real estate brokerage firms, Buyer Agency proponents are urging consumers to make certain that,  before  entering into a business relationship with a Real Estate Licensee,  they commit that Licensee to this pledge of
Exclusive, Fiduciary Representation and Fidelity.

This pledge, below, will allow Buyers to separate REAL Buyer's Agents from look-alike "Dual Agents",  by asking the Agent to sign this "Pledge of Allegiance" with a "money-back guarantee" that the Agent they engage will always represent their best interests.

THE PLEDGE


I, Jack McAuliffe, hereby guarantee that I will use my expertise and best judgement to advise, protect, assist and represent you, "The Buyer", in making informed choices concerning the purchase of your home.


I will put your interests before all others, including my own, when conducting business on your behalf.

Specifically, I pledge to:

EDUCATE you, the Buyer, about the difference between the asking price and what the property is really worth;

REVIEW your financial qualifications with a mortgage banker: and hold all personal and financial information in absolute confidentiality;

SEARCH the entire market - including For Sale By Owner and builder properties - and submit all your offers in writing;

NEGOTIATE on your behalf for the best price, terms, and conditions;

BE WITH YOU at every step of the process, including loan application, contract presentation, home inspection, final walk through, and settlement, to protect and further your interests;

NEVER represent the buyer and the seller in the same transaction;

NEVER try to sell you any of my own properties;

NEVER accept any gifts or fees to influence you;

NEVER advance my own interests or that of anyone else, over your interests, specifically that of my family, friends, company, or other business;

NEVER seek your consent to waive these promises.
